We are proud to announce an exciting new chapter for the Perth team following the official relocation to a new, significantly expanded office space in Perth.
The move represents an important milestone for the business and reflects the continued growth of JGM’s operations across Scotland and beyond. Over recent years, the Perth team has experienced substantial expansion, driven by a strong and growing pipeline of projects, long-standing client relationships and the dedication of an exceptional team.
As the business continues to evolve, investing in a larger and more collaborative working environment became a natural next step to support future growth and enhance the way teams work together.
The new premises brings with it a unique transformation story. Previously operating as a veterinary surveillance facility, the building once housed laboratories, testing rooms and office spaces dedicated to scientific and technical operations.
Through extensive planning, refurbishment and collaboration, the facility has now been completely reimagined into a modern, open-plan workplace tailored to the needs of a growing business.
Working alongside Wellwood Leslie Architects, the project focused on creating a flexible and collaborative environment that encourages communication, teamwork and innovation across departments, while also providing the infrastructure required to support future expansion.
Spanning more than 7,100 square feet, the new office represents a significant increase in space compared to JGM’s previous Perth premises.
The layout has been carefully designed to create a more connected and efficient workplace, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively while supporting day-to-day operations across multiple disciplines.
A key feature of the new space is its distinctive interior design. The combination of black finishes, natural wood elements and an industrial aesthetic creates a modern yet welcoming environment that leaves a lasting impression on both employees and visitors. The raw architectural character of the building has been intentionally retained throughout the transformation, giving the office a unique identity that blends contemporary workspace design with the building’s original industrial feel.
The investment in the new office reflects JGM’s ongoing commitment to providing a high-quality working environment for employees, clients, partners and visitors alike.
Beyond the physical space itself, the move also symbolises the ambition and momentum of the Perth team as the business continues to secure and deliver projects across the region.
