Perth and Kinross Employability Network hosted a special event to celebrate and recognise the contributions of inclusive employers. This event brought together employers, network members and individuals who have been supported into employment.
JGM have been working with PKC Skills and Employment Support Youth Team on their PKC’s Construction Skills Academy, giving young people insight into the industry. We’ve also facilitated work experience placements for young people, providing them with company shirts and lanyards to help them integrate into the workplace.
We’re committed to developing local talent and creating inclusive opportunities for all, and our partnership with PKC’s Construction Skills Academy is helping young people gain real-world experience and build brighter futures! 🛠
