With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative team culture, we are committed to developing the next generation of skilled engineers. We are now recruiting apprentices to join our 2026 Apprenticeship Programme based in Edinburgh / Perth.
The Programme
Our apprenticeship programme provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career within the building services and construction industry. Apprentices will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers while completing their formal training through a recognised apprenticeship programme.
You will work on a variety of projects while learning practical skills and technical knowledge that will support you in becoming a fully qualified engineer within your chosen trade.
Apprenticeship Opportunities
We are currently recruiting apprentices in the following areas:
- Electrical Apprenticeship,
- Plumbing Apprenticeship,
- Heating Engineer Apprenticeship,
- Air Conditioning Engineer Apprenticeship
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting experienced engineers with installation, maintenance, and servicing of building services systems,
- Learning to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications,
- Assisting with testing and commissioning systems,
- Maintaining safe working practices and following company health and safety procedures,
- Attending college or training provider as part of the apprenticeship programme,
- Developing practical skills and industry knowledge through on-site experience
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in pursuing a career within engineering, construction, or building services,
- Practical mindset with good problem-solving skills,
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills,
- Ability to work as part of a team,
- Good communication and organisational skills,
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme,
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
