Our Mission
The existing office building underwent extensive redevelopment. The redeveloped building now spans 3 floors, JGM worked on the installation of distribution boards, lighting, controls, emergency lighting, CCTV and security systems, as well as fire & disabled refuge alarm systems.
Mechanically, JGM worked on air-conditioning, ductwork, water services & toilet fit-out including sanitaryware.
A full CAT B fit-out was also carried out within one of the ground floor offices.
